Privacy Policy
How QSELECT ONE LTD collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through this site.
This Privacy Policy explains how QSELECT ONE LTD ("QSelectOne", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with qselectone.com (the "Site"). We are the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
QSELECT ONE LTD is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 17231839), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@qselectone.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- When you contact us or request a call — your name, email address, organisation, role, and anything you choose to include in your message (for example, whether you are an investor or potential partner).
- When you book a meeting — scheduling details (your name, email, chosen time, and any information you add) processed through our scheduling provider.
- Automatically— technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site, collected via our hosting provider and analytics tools (see "Cookies, analytics & advertising").
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange and hold meetings;
- Evaluate potential investment or partnership opportunities and maintain our contact records;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site, and measure the performance of our content and booking process;
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, run and secure the Site, and develop our business), your consent (for non-essential cookies and analytics, where required), and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Booking a call
Meetings are scheduled through a third-party scheduling provider (Calendly). When you book a call, the information you submit is processed by that provider on our behalf and shared with us so we can attend the meeting. Please review the provider's own privacy policy for details of its processing.
5. Cookies, analytics & advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (for example, those set by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare) are always active. With your consent, we also use:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure booking conversions;
- Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of, and attribute, our marketing activity.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, our cookie controls. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — including hosting and security (Cloudflare), scheduling (Calendly), analytics (Google), and advertising measurement (Meta) — and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained in line with the relevant provider's settings.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Have inaccurate information corrected;
- Request erasure of your information;
- Restrict or object to our processing;
- Data portability; and
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@qselectone.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be marked by a new "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
